Ok people, here it is! A class to rule all classes. We have been asked about sourdough classes for a long time and here you have it. This two day class will cover all you need to know to start producing and understanding the art of sourdough at home. Don't miss it!

About the Event
In this class we will learn to produce the following items:
San Francisco Style Sourdough (72 hr fermentation)
Kalamata Olive, Oregano and Feta Sourdough (72 hr Fermentation)
Chipotle & Jalapeño Cheddar Sourdough (48 hr fermentation)
Chocolate Apricot Sourdough Buns (48 hr fermentation)
The class will be taught in two aproximate 8 hr sessions.
Saturday Jan 27th:
8:00 am to 4:00 pm (mixing, dividing, shaping and retarding the bread, plus a few hours of theory)
Sunday Jan 28th:
8:00 am until done (scoring, oven loading, baking and tasting, more theory will be teached during baking time).
A variety of toppings will be ready to taste with all the breads made.
You will take home two 600 g Loaves of all the items plus a dozen of the rolls.
Breakfast and light lunch will be served!
