Chef Adalberto Diaz has been teaching culinary classes since 2001.

With over 30 years of professional experience in the pastry industry you won't find a more knowledgeable skilled, funny and entertaining teacher. You have seen him compete in various Food Network shows like

Holliday Baking Championship, Best Baker in America and Bake you Rich with Buddy Valastro

with more coming soon!

He won the title of 2012 National Pastry Chef of the Year by the American Culinary Federation and has earn various medals on ACF sanction competitions. Our team of pastry chefs are also highly skilled and with years of experience in the production of beautiful and delicious pastries.
