Large sourdough loaf, fermented for 72 hours to archived a delicious and complex flavor. Baked to a dark golden and sliced ½ inch thick. Perfect for Sandwiches or table bread. Frozen and packaged in a cardboard box lined with a poly bag. Keep frozen for up to 6 months.
Instructions: Thaw for one to two hours and use for sandwiches or table bread. For better results bake whole at 375 F for 15 minutes once thawed. Serve immediately. Or heat up or toast slices as needed. Keep bread wrapped to prevent drying. Can stay at room temperature for up to a week.
