Chef Mike Woods is our resident Executive Macaron Chef, he and his team make over 3,000 macarons a day. No one knows macarons like he does.
Chef Kallie Crisp is our Head Pastry Chef, she and her team make all the beautiful desserts you see in our cases. There is no pastry question these two wont be able to answer.
